The company BMS becomes AWEL International (Blain, Brittany, France).
Since the start of 2010 we have mentioned in our columns the performance of Biotechnology Medical Services (BMS), this enterprise located on the Route de la Frelaudais. In inventing a new, high performance laboratory centrifuge baptized AWEL (that means 'wind' in the Breton language) it has opened its doors to laboratories throughout the world, prarticularly to the USA and the Arab world.
Faced with such exposure, its managing director, Philippe Delaunay, decided to rebaptize his company "AWEL International". "The name of our product says more to our customers than the name of the company".
